Small Wonder Eyecare No-Show Policy
At Small Wonder Eyecare, we strive to provide excellent, personalized care to each of our patients. To maintain this high standard and ensure availability for all, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

No-Show Policy

If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not notify us in advance (no call, no message), they will be charged 100% of the exam fee. Patients will not be able to schedule a new appointment until this fee has been paid in full.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient in need of care.
